• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and all activities under your account.
• Registration Information: You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.

YunYu provides the following products and services:

• Customer relationship management tools
• Data analytics and reporting
• System configuration and management

We reserve the right to adjust, change, or discontinue certain service features based on business development needs.

5. Payment

Fees for paid services are based on the prices displayed on the page. For refunds after payment, please follow the refund policy.

6. User Information Protection

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the YunYu system for the following activities:

• Activities that violate laws and regulations
• Actions that infringe on the legitimate rights of others
• Actions that interfere with normal system operation

8. Breach of Agreement

If you violate the terms of this agreement, we reserve the right to take measures including warnings, feature restrictions, and account suspension based on severity.

9. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify this agreement. The modified agreement takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of the court at the defendant's location.
